Dead Sea Moringa is a Partner with Trees for the Future
At Dead Sea Moringa, we are committed to working on humanitarian aid projects throughout the world, in part because moringa has proven to curb malnutrition in as few as three months. This makes it a powerful tool in the worldwide battle against malnutrition.
As a part of these efforts, we have partnered with the fantastic organization Trees for the Future to plant moringa trees across 19 countries where malnourishment and hunger are extremely serious issues. Hundreds of thousands of people in these countries are dying from malnutrition, and it is our hope that we can help to mitigate those effects. Every purchase you make helps us to strengthen our efforts in these needy countries.
Trees for the Future was officially registered as a public charity in August 1989. The inspiration for the organization, however, began in the early 1970s ,when Dave and Grace Deppner served as volunteers in the Philippines. There they saw the tragedies brought on by illegal logging and unsustainable land management. As they worked with the leaders of local communities, the Deppners discovered a way to offer hope by revitalizing lands that had been torn apart. They planted new tree seeds and provided technical training to locals to help them bring trees back to these devastated regions.
Since the organization was founded, Trees for the Future has assisted thousands of communities across these 19 countries to plant millions of new trees. In Ghana, for example, life has been restored to huge areas of land that had been previously abandoned because of how they had been over-logged and demolished.
The organization was a natural fit for a partner for us at Dead Sea Moringa. We bring the expertise of the moringa tree and the passion, they bring the technical capability and the experience in revitalizing these regions that had been torn asunder.
Please consider making a purchase today to help make a difference in these countries that so desperately need our help to save the lives of people suffering from malnutrition. For more information, contact us today at Dead Sea Moringa
